Yoga for Menopause workshop
Throughout the year Sonia offers Iyengar Yoga for Women workshops, we call them “femme fridays’
Our approach includes;
1. Props: supported yoga poses that are "boons" for women, with variations and modifications using props like a chair, bolsters, blankets, bricks and belts.
2. Sequence: that will leave your mind feeling refreshed and quiet;
3. Timing: enough time to unwind tension and settle the nervous system and connect to your breath.
Finding a softness and a strength and an inner freedom you may not have known about.

Pregnancy Yoga
- Asana for strengthening muscles and joints, and making maximum room in the womb.
- Pranayama to calm the nervous system, remove fatigue and promote gentle detoxification for the mind-body to remain healthy.
- Restorative, meditative, somatic exploration to move through this bountiful time.
Currently there are no regular classes on the timetable, you can come along to the regular classes and Sonia can offer modifications.
