Holistic remedial
Soft and deep tissue techniques aimed at specific areas of tension but looking at the body as a connected whole. What appears as tight shoulders needs to be attended to locally, but also what is happening with those tight calves?!

A silicone ‘cup’ gently glides over the skin and releases myo-fascial tension via suction. Very tight muscles respond well to this technique.

Using the map of Chinese meridians and Acu-points to stimulate, move and release areas of blocked or stagnant chi.

Combining these modalities that both share techniques such as pressing, palming, rocking, stretching and mobilising. To find greater freedom in the joints and muscle tissue.

When you simply need TLC. Aromatherapy massage using organic essential oils personally prescribed, a soothing, nurturing style of massage, along with reiki, to soothe and support a full nervous system reset.
